HOW TO WEAR: 

Stretchy: Gently roll bracelets onto hand and avoid over-stretching the bracelets to prevent loss of elasticity. 

Adjustable: Pull the knot along one of the cords to lengthen and slip hand through the bracelet. Pull the knot back along the cord to tighten to fit.
